This design memorializes the Iranians who became eternal in their stand for liberty. Eight maps of Iran, joined together by turning around a single shared center, give rise to the Eternal Bloom. Repeated across an interlocking grid, these blooms form Where Iran Blooms: a garden in which Iran is the foundational unit and the bond holding everything together.

این نگاره یادِ ایرانیانی را زنده میدارد که در ایستادگی برای آزادی جاویدنام شدند. هشت بومنگار ایران که با چرخش خود به گِرد یک هسته به هم پیوستهاند، «گل جاوید» را پدید میآورند. با چینش این گلها در گرهای درهمتنیده، بوستانِ «شکوفانگاه ایران» پدید میآید که در آن ایران سنگبنا و پیونددهندهی نگاره است.
