IRAN, THE BOND OF MY HUNDRED-PIECE HEART • JAN 2026

My heart has been shattering into a hundred pieces with every piece of news from Iran. Still, what keeps my heart beating—and what connects me to my fellow Iranians—is Iran.

This design was created in memory of the brave Iranians who have sacrificed their lives for Iran. In an attempt to create a floral motif from the map of Iran to symbolize these sacrifices, a single map of Iran was rotated eight times—representing the diverse hopes and aspirations of Iranians—resulting in the bloom of an eight-petal flower. Repeating twenty such flowers across an interlocking grid results in the emergence of a garden in which Iran becomes the foundational unit and the bond holding the design together.

Today, despite years of distance and fragmentation, we Iranians have found one another again. The bond we share—with one another, with Iran, and with our collective future—is blooming once more, guiding us to reimagine and build a free and flourishing Iran for generations to come.

A Length

Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.


B Width

Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.


C Sleeve length

Place the end of the tape at the center back of the collar, then pull the tape measure along the top seam of the sleeve. When you get to the shoulder hold the tape in place at the shoulder and continue to pull down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve.
